Services: Family medicine, preventive health, women's health, children's health and immunizations, prenatal and newborn care, pharmacy services, health education, telemedicine. The outreach team at the clinics provide case management, referrals, transportation to medical appointments, medications, blankets, and personal care items to the homeless population.

How to be a Patient:The Las Vegas and Downtown Outreach Clinics accept new patients. It is appreciated if you call in advance for an appointment. The clinics welcome most private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Women's Health Connection. Services are offered at no charge to the homeless population.

Background Information:The Las Vegas and Downtown Outreach Clinics are the heart of Nevada Health Centers' Health Care for the Homeless Program. The staff provides primary health care for those in Clark County who have nowhere to call home. There are an estimated 10,000 homeless people at any given time in Clark County.
