Services: Family medicine, preventative health, women's health, children's health and immunizations, prenatal and newborn care, pharmacy services, health education after hours care (call 911).

How to be a patient: Jackpot Community Health Center accepts new patients. It is appreciated if you call in advance for an appointment. The Medical Center welcomes most private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Women's Health Connection and Nevada Check-Up. A sliding fee schedule for low-income patients who do not have insurance is available. Identification and income information is needed to enroll in the sliding fee program.

Appointments are strongly recommended; some sites do see walk-ins for emergency needs. Call the medical center to check on walk-in availability.

Prescription Refills: Ask your pharmacist to fax your request for prescription refills to the doctor; this will speed up your refill process.

Additional Information: Located in the high desert in northeastern Nevada, the staff of Jackpot Community Health Center provides care to 1,350 residents in the remote community of Jackpot.
